Our energy code consulting for this 43-story building in downtown Seattle presented the challenge of balancing the cost of efficient building systems with the desired high percentage of glazing.
In a partnership with the adjacent Cornish College of Arts, the Ivey’s first floor contains an art gallery and performing arts space. There are also three floors of office space along with seven floors of subgrade parking.
We’ve worked with Vancouver developer, Holland Partner Group, for many years to deliver LEED certification on projects in both Washington and California. As their commitment to the health and wellness of building occupants evolves, they've added Fitwel certification to their building standard. For the Ivey, we achieved LEED Gold and Fitwel 1-star certifications.
